I just loved painting this. I actually can't wait to paint this image again. My girls twirling in the rain in front of the Bendigo Military Museum. Florence is such a water baby, she's part amphibian I'm sure. And Lucy, well shed follow Florence to the ends of the Earth.
This one could have gone in so many directions and to be honest the first brush marks were so good I nearly left it after just 5mins.. but being too curious.. I kept going to see what more might come if it. So it got a little busy and heavy.. but I'm loving direction of EVERYTHING!!!
