‘Spires and Cathedrals'

I'm currently completing a drawing a day series of Bendigo. This work was created along side it.

Taking inspiration from photos I've taken at the top of the Bendigo Multi Story Car Park, with the style heavily influenced by artists Ann Coen and Blythe Scott, I wanted to create a dreamy atmospheric piece that played with all the amazing roof tops of Bendigo.

If you squint your eye and cock your head 90 degrees you could almost believe you were in Paris! Looking out over the Spires and Cathedrals. Its a Magical feeling to know the town I live in evokes just as much awe and inspiration as places like of France and Italy.

Original Acrylic and Collage on Canvas. This one is framed with exquisite Australian Grown Oak!! (making it a little more price but the finish is worth it!)
