‘Kicking up A Storm’

This little piece was made in the lead up to my Blooms Exhibition. It was my first attempt at creating a purely abstract work using flowers and collage as the grounding. I’m grateful to say it was one of the integral steppingstones leading me to my major blooms work. I had a customer comment that I had a way with colour and texture, I hadn’t realised I was using texture as a technique until this conversation!.
